As the Editor for KEM Media Group, I have had the pleasure of working closely with our Creative Director Val Wegener for the past three years. She is an incredibly creative and talented graphic design artist who brings our seven magazines to life through her layout, cover designs and ad creation. Because we have seven different publications, she is great at multitasking & manages multiple deadlines and always delivers on time to meet every deadline. She also handles client service for all of our advertisers. She wears a lot of hats. Her broad & varied skill set includes Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, WordPress, Shopify, creative design for all types of advertising, logos, marketing materials, CRM use, website management, social media, and email blasts through Constant Contact & Mailchimp. She is also an artist & has a BA in Fine Art. Val is one of the most upbeat, professional & positive people that I have ever worked with and any company would be VERY lucky to have her on their team!
